Our Story

A Bellingen original.

The Grange is more than a place to stay. It's a working farm with history, heart and a deep connection to the community we call home.

The homestead

Built in 1912, loved ever since.

The Grange began life as a dairy homestead on the edge of Bellingen, raised by a local timber family in 1912. For more than a century its verandahs have welcomed farmhands, families and travellers. Today the old house and its paddocks are a farmstay, where heritage charm meets relaxed country comfort.

The people

Local. Independent.
Community minded.

We live here, we work the land here and we care deeply about this place. Our goal is simple: to create a welcoming home for our guests while supporting the growers, makers and businesses that make Bellingen so special.
